Keep your legs three to four feet apart in standing position. Now turn slowly your right foot inwards, meanwhile making your left foot 90 degrees to the left. Simply align your left heel with the right one and expand your arms, stretching them parallel to the floor.

Take your legs apart in such a way that your feet are wider than your shoulders. Slowly raise both arms out to the side, keeping them up to shoulder height so that they are parallel to the floor with palms turned down. Now keeping both hips facing forward, you need to turn your left foot 90 degrees outward. Meanwhile, your right foot should be slightly towards the left foot.

Bhujangasana

Lying on your stomach, keep your thighs parallel to each other. Keep your leg firm and extend your legs in a way that your toes push away from you towards the wall. With your elbows under your shoulders, inhale deeply and keep your forearms on the floor. When you need to exhale, use your chest muscles and back to lift your torso.
