Omega 3 fatty acids and Type 2 Diabetes
Omega-3 fatty acids help you to reduce the risk factors of Type 2 Diabetes, one latest study shows it. Previously researchers found that consumption of fish and or Omega3 fatty acids prevent the risk of diabetes but that was not fully authentic. But a recent study found in the University of Eastern Finland that consumption of serum long chain Omega -3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. The finding has examined among 2,212 men between the age group of 42 to 60 years, through the serum Omega 3 fatty acids and its absorption. The examination has done in the time of repetition nearly 20 years among 422 patients who had been suffering from type 2 diabetes.

The final observation has been published in the Journal Diabetes Care, that the risk of men in the excessive serum omega-3 observation category to grow type 2 diabetes was approximately 33 percent lower to the risk to men in the lowest observation category. A well balanced regular diet is very much helpful with at least 2 fishes in a meal every week, mainly rich in fatty acids are good for type 2 diabetes. Fish which contains a long chain of Omega 3 fatty acids such as rainbow trout, salmon and anchovy are very good to prevent and reduce type 2 diabetes.
